Patron and Executive Committee

The Rt Honorable Baroness Caroline Cox is a cross-bench member of the British House of Lords. She is also the founder of an organisation called Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust (HART).

In 1979, Dr Edwards founded the Association of Certified Public Accountants International, which was incorporated in London in 1984. He retiried as a Registered Auditor in 1985 and was elected, to take up the full-time position of Member of the Council of the Association in 1995. In the same year, he was also elected Life President.

He holds professional accounting qualifications from the EU, the UK and is a member for life in the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants in the USA.

His work experience stretches over 50 years, holding high-ranking appointments in major international companies in a number of countries including the UK, Libya, Lebanon and UAE.

His Excellency Khalil D. Badran
Al-Karaeen, over the past 25 years, has greatly contributed to the maintenance of the highest  standards of professional CPA examinations.

In 2020, he was awarded life membership of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants in the USA. In the UAE, he has held high professional financial accounting positions in the government.

Based in Athens, Dr Menexiadis is a lecturer in accountancy at varous universities in Greece, responsbile for the twice-yearly professional CPA examinations and delivery of on-line courses. He has held his present position since 2022.
